Imagine, if you will, a smoky Parisian café in the 1920s, where the lingering scent of robust coffee hangs in the air, intertwining with the whispers of bohemian conversations. In the corner, beneath a dimly lit chandelier, sits a young Ernest Hemingway scribbling furiously in a worn moleskin, his mind fueled by the intoxicating elixir before him. In walks Pound, who quickly warns Hemingway Ford Madox Ford is on his way. They dash out the back door into an alley to avoid Ford.

“A Moveable Feast” is a French roast that pays homage to great literary minds that converged in Parisian cafes in the 1920s, the spirit of rebellion that permeated the air, the clinking of glasses mingled with the fervent discussions of the Lost Generation, as they sought to redefine art, literature, and the very essence of existence itself.

Some say the flavor profile has notes of cherry, lemon, and chocolate. We say that’s bullshit. It IS intense and robust. Transport your tongue to La Closerie des Lilas. Reserve your bag today.

Only 260 bags are available from our first roast. Orders will ship on August 7th. (Our 12oz bag brews between 17 - 21 cups of coffee.)
